This session focuses on cleansing, balancing, and strengthening the auric field. The auric field is meant to act as a “filtering” system and protective shield for our bodies. This can impact our ability to deal with mental and physical stressors, social interactions, negative energies, and toxins in our environment. Focusing on the aura can help create ease in the mind, reduce stress and overwhelming feelings, improve the body’s ability to filter and remove toxins, boost the immune system, and increase overall energy levels. It will also assist in strengthening the protective layers of your auric field, which allows your body the opportunity to heal. Note, the intention of energy medicine is to utilize a holistic approach to support your body’s natural ability to repair, balance and heal.
