The Classic Ceremony

Each Curated Ceremony is created intuitively and individually. All crystals, altar pieces, symbolic keepsakes, and complementary elements are selected specifically for your experience based on what comes forward during the curation process.

Because of the intuitive nature of this offering, specific crystals, minerals, colors, sizes, formations, quantities, altar styles, keepsakes, or other individual pieces cannot be requested or guaranteed. Images shown are examples of previous Infusi creations and are intended to represent the overall nature of the experience rather than the exact items you will receive.

Your selected ceremony determines the scope of your curation, allowing greater creative freedom and expansion across each level. Value is placed on the complete ceremonial experience rather than a predetermined quantity, size, weight, or individual retail value of the physical pieces included.

Natural crystals and minerals may contain variations, inclusions, fissures, fractures, texture, or other characteristics created through their natural formation. These characteristics are not necessarily considered damage or defects.

All physical pieces are selected, prepared, and incorporated into the energetic work before being packaged and delivered to you.

Each Curated Ceremony is individually created for you and includes personalized ceremonial work, intuitive curation, guidance, energetic preparation, and the selection and preparation of physical elements specific to your experience.

Because work begins specifically on your behalf following purchase, Curated Ceremonies are not eligible for cancellation or refund once the curation process has begun. Please review the offering details carefully and contact Infusi with any questions before completing your purchase.

Due to the personalized and intuitive nature of the experience, dissatisfaction with the specific crystals, colors, altar pieces, symbolic keepsakes, intuitive intention, guidance, or other elements selected for you does not qualify the purchase for a refund or exchange. Individual pieces cannot be exchanged based on preference, and specific items or outcomes are not guaranteed.

If an order is cancelled before any individualized work or curation has begun, please contact Infusi as soon as possible. Any cancellation or refund available at that stage will be determined based on the status of your order and any work already completed.

Shipping damage, loss in transit, or an incorrect item is handled separately from this cancellation policy. If there is a legitimate issue with the physical delivery of your curation, please contact Infusi promptly so the issue can be documented and an appropriate resolution determined.

Shipping is included with all Curated Ceremonies. Because your experience is individually created, curated, and energetically prepared before shipment, please allow time for the full process to be completed. Estimated preparation and shipping timelines will be provided following your purchase.

Once your curation is complete and ready to make its way home, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information at the email address provided with your order.

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. Infusi is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If your package arrives with damage, please contact Infusi promptly after delivery and retain all packaging materials. Photos of the shipping box, packaging, shipping label, and affected item(s) may be requested so the damage can be documented and an appropriate resolution determined.

Natural characteristics of crystals and minerals, including inclusions, fissures, fractures, texture, and variations in formation, are not necessarily considered shipping damage. Each curation is documented prior to shipment to help distinguish natural characteristics from damage occurring in transit.
